Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at Support@noblefrontfoundation.us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Noble Front unites two important missions: helping American farmers thrive and giving veterans and first responders a new purpose.  The foundation provides free, high-precision drone imaging to small and mid-sized farms (to detect crop stress, pests, or irrigation issues early) while training and hiring disabled veterans and first responders as drone pilots  . In short, NFF uses cutting-edge UAV (drone) technology to protect the food supply and strengthen communities, “one scan, one field, and one veteran at a time”  .

We run several key programs. Our agricultural UAV imaging program delivers multispectral, thermal, and orthomosaic maps of farms at no cost to farmers . These advanced aerial scans reveal problems (like hidden plant stress or water leaks) long before they’re visible to the naked eye. We also operate a drone pilot training program for veterans and first responders, covering FAA Part 107 certification, advanced flight techniques, agricultural imaging, thermal sensing, search-and-rescue drills, and infrastructure inspections . Graduates  can become certified contractors who can earn income by helping farmers in their communities with drone services. Together, these programs deliver real-world impact for farming and first-responder communities.

Noble Front mainly serves two groups. First, small and mid-sized farms that cannot afford expensive drone technology get free aerial scans and data analysis . These scans help farmers increase yields, reduce waste, and recover from storm damage by detecting crop stress, pest outbreaks, or irrigation issues early . Second, disabled veterans and disabled first responders benefit from our programs by gaining new skills and purpose. Through our training, they learn to operate commercial drones and often go on to full-time roles flying missions that support agriculture and public safety .

We focus on helping family farms and small operations that are “one bad season away from losing everything” . If you are a farmer (especially running a small or mid-sized farm under 120 acres) struggling with rising costs or unknown crop issues, you are eligible. There is no fee or income requirement – our scans are provided at no cost to the farmer . We believe no farm should fail for lack of good information.

Farmers can request assistance through our website. Simply visit the Contact page and fill out the form, providing your name and email. Be sure to include your location, phone number, type of crops or livestock, and a brief description of any issues or urgency . The more details (field size, crop type, storm damage, etc.) you give, the faster we can schedule a UAV flight. Once submitted, our team will review your request and contact you to arrange the scan as soon as possible.

Noble Front welcomes volunteers with a variety of skills. Current roles include:

• Ag Intelligence Advisors: Experienced ag experts help interpret multispectral and thermal maps, turning raw data into simple analysis and crop-management recommendations .

• Visual Observers: Assist our drone pilots during flights by keeping the UAV in sight and ensuring field safety (no license required) .

• Outreach & Advocacy: Help spread the word through email campaigns, donation drives, and community outreach to farmers, veterans, and local leaders .

• Event Support & Logistics: Assist with organizing public events and training classes – setting up gear, managing registration, and supporting demos for farmers .

• Social Media & Media Team: Support our storytelling by creating content, editing videos or captions, and sharing behind-the-scenes shots .

There are also roles for fundraising, administrative support, and leadership. No matter your background, volunteers make it possible to scale up our operations and reach more communities .

Volunteering with Noble Front is a chance to make a real impact. Every hour you give helps deliver high-tech tools to farmers who couldn’t otherwise afford them, and it brings purpose and community to veterans and first responders. As the site explains, volunteering means you can “serve with purpose” alongside skilled professionals, learning about drone technology and agriculture while helping those who feed the nation . Many volunteers find it incredibly rewarding to see their efforts change lives – from helping a family save a crop to supporting a fellow veteran’s new career path.

Yes. We regularly organize training workshops, public demos, and field days. For example, we coordinate classes and demonstrations where veterans learn UAV flight skills, and farmers can see drone mapping in action . Our veteran pilots also participate in mock search-and-rescue exercises using thermal drones. To learn about upcoming events or schedule a local demonstration, check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for announcements.

You can support Noble Front in several ways. We welcome tax-deductible donations (we are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit) , which go directly toward equipment, training, and free farm scans. You can donate via our website or reach out for more options. Another way to help is by purchasing merchandise from our online store – for instance, NFF-branded hoodies or T-shirts . Profits from merchandise sales “fund precision agricultural drone scans for struggling farmers and give disabled veterans and first responders a chance to serve again” . Every dollar you give or item you buy translates into a veteran having a mission and a farmer getting critical data

Yes. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, Noble Front Foundation is a registered nonprofit and donations may be tax-deductible as allowed by law . All contributions made through our official channels are voluntary and support our mission of delivering free drone services, training, and community support.

We welcome partnerships with businesses, farms, and organizations. For example, larger agribusinesses or farming operations can contract us for enterprise-quality drone imaging. These partnerships are mutually beneficial: our partner receives high-end aerial data on their fields, and the partnership helps fund free scans for small family farms as part of our mission . Companies can also support us through sponsorships or collaborative projects. By partnering with NFF, organizations help “bring hope from the sky to the soil,” strengthening both veterans and farming communities.

Noble Front Foundation is currently based in Wilder, Idaho, and provides free drone imaging services within a 50-mile radius. As we graduate more disabled veterans and first responders through our training program, new service areas will be added in other states where they reside and operate. Our coverage will continue to expand as our mission grows—please check back regularly for updated locations.

We are based in Wilder, Idaho , and our office hours are  12AM–4 PM MST (M–F). The best way to reach us is through the Contact page on our website – use the form to send a message. For general inquiries, you can email us at support@noblefrontfoundation.us . If you are a farmer needing urgent help, remember to include your location, phone number, crop type or livestock, and details of any emergency (as noted on our Contact page) .
