Founded by a former firefighter with a relentless drive to continue serving, Noble Front Foundation was built to solve real-world problems with real-world action. We empower veterans and disabled first responders through specialized drone training while contracting elite operators to deliver high-precision scans to America’s farmers—at no cost to them. Rooted in discipline, purpose, and community impact, our story is one of service redefined and mission repurposed.

Noble Front Foundation exists to serve two vital pillars of this country: our veterans and our farmers. We contract certified drone professionals to deliver advanced aerial imaging—helping small and midsize farms increase crop yields, reduce waste, and operate with greater precision. At the same time, we train veterans and disabled first responders in commercial drone operations, giving them new purpose and practical skills. Our mission is simple: strengthen America from the ground up—one scan, one field, and one veteran at a time.

Our teams deploy enterprise-grade drones equipped with multispectral, thermal, and high-resolution sensors to deliver actionable aerial intelligence. These scans detect plant stress, irrigation anomalies, pest outbreaks, and livestock heat signatures—long before they’re visible to the naked eye. The data is processed into precision maps and reports, enabling smarter decisions on fertilizer use, harvest timing, and land management. This is the cutting edge of ag-tech—and we’re putting it in the hands of those who feed the nation.

Daniel Wolfe – Founder & President, Noble Front Foundation

Daniel Wolfe is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in high-stakes operations, emergency response, and team command. He served as a wildland firefighter from 2011 until his medical retirement in 2022 due to a line-of-duty injury. Throughout his career, he held advanced leadership roles including Squad Boss on a Type 2 Initial Attack crew, Incident Commander Type 5, and Engine Captain Trainee. Known for his decisive leadership and operational discipline, he also volunteered locally during the off-season, further exemplifying his lifelong commitment to service.

Raised on a working farm in Idaho, Mr. Wolfe brings a unique combination of agricultural familiarity and mission-driven leadership. His experience spans logistics coordination, risk mitigation, personnel management, and field strategy in some of the nation’s most challenging environments.

Following his retirement from the fire service, he founded Noble Front Foundation to continue his commitment to public service in a new form. He now applies his expertise to executive leadership, strategic planning, and cross-sector collaboration, with a focus on long-term systems that generate real-world results.

Mr. Wolfe is also a certified FAA drone pilot, a public speaker on resilience and post-traumatic growth, and a strong advocate for veterans and first responders navigating career transitions. He resides in Idaho with his two children and remains actively involved in agricultural innovation and nonprofit leadership.

Jorge Macias - Vice President

Jorge Macias is the Vice President of Noble Front Foundation, where he brings a rare combination of policy insight, nonprofit leadership, and firsthand agricultural experience to the organization’s mission. His role bridges field operations, educational development, and strategic communications to support both the farmers we serve and the veterans and first responders we empower.

Born in Boise and raised in Idaho’s Magic Valley, Jorge grew up surrounded by the realities of farm life—long hours, tough conditions, and a deep respect for the land. That upbringing built the work ethic and humility he carries today. Now based in North Hollywood, California, Jorge combines his rural roots with his training in public policy and digital media to help guide Noble Front’s growth at both the ground level and the executive level.

He holds a B.A. in Psychology from California Lutheran University and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Pepperdine University. His background includes policy research for the County of Ventura, field coordination for international outreach programs, and over a decade of experience in media production and nonprofit development. Whether he’s building training modules, refining program logistics, or helping a veteran get certified, Jorge approaches the mission with precision and heart.

Jorge believes real change happens when people are given the tools to serve again—this time in a new way. At Noble Front, his focus remains clear: build the systems, tell the story, and help those who’ve given everything find purpose again.
