Founded by a former firefighter with a relentless drive to continue serving, the Noble Front Foundation was established to address real world problems through actionable solutions. We empower veterans and disabled first responders through specialized UAV training programs while contracting elite operators to deliver high-precision drone scans for farmers at no cost to them. Rooted in discipline, purpose, and community impact, our story is one of service redefined and mission repurposed.

Noble Front Foundation exists to serve two vital pillars of this country: our veterans and our farmers. We contract certified drone professionals to deliver advanced aerial imaging through drone scans for farmers helping small and midsize farms increase crop yields, reduce waste, and operate with greater precision. At the same time, we provide UAV training programs for veterans and disabled first responders in commercial drone operations, giving them new purpose and practical skills. Our mission is simple: strengthen America from the ground up... one scan, one field, and one hero at a time.

Our teams deploy enterprise-grade drones equipped with multispectral, thermal, and high-resolution sensors to deliver actionable aerial intelligence through drone scans for farmers. Our teams deploy enterprise-grade drones equipped with multispectral, thermal, and high-resolution sensors to deliver actionable aerial intelligence through drone scans for farmers. These scans detect plant stress, irrigation anomalies, pest outbreaks, and livestock heat signatures long before they’re visible to the naked eye. The data is processed into precision maps and reports, enabling smarter decisions on fertilizer use, harvest timing, and land management. Additionally, our UAV training programs ensure that operators are skilled in utilizing this technology effectively. This is the cutting edge of ag-tech and we’re proud to support veteran initiatives by putting these tools in the hands of those who feed the nation.

Daniel Wolfe is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in high-stakes operations, emergency response, and team command. He served as a wildland firefighter from 2011 until his medical retirement in 2022 due to a line-of-duty injury.
Throughout his career, he held advanced leadership roles including Squad Boss on a Type 2 Initial Attack crew, Incident Commander Type 5, and Engine Captain Trainee. Known for his decisive leadership and operational discipline, he also volunteered locally during the off-season, further exemplifying his lifelong commitment to service.
Raised on a working farm in Idaho, Mr. Wolfe brings a unique combination of agricultural familiarity and mission-driven leadership, which is particularly relevant as he explores new technologies like drone scans for farmers. His experience spans logistics coordination, risk mitigation, personnel management, and field strategy in some of the nation’s most challenging environments.
Following his retirement from the fire service, he founded Noble Front Foundation to continue his commitment to public service in a new form. He now applies his expertise to executive leadership, strategic planning, and cross-sector collaboration, with a focus on long-term systems that generate real-world results, including support for veteran support initiatives.
Mr. Wolfe is also a certified FAA drone pilot, engaging in UAV training programs, and a public speaker on resilience and post-traumatic growth. He is a strong advocate for veterans and first responders navigating career transitions. He resides in Idaho with his two children and remains actively involved in agricultural innovation and nonprofit leadership.

Jorge Macias is the Vice President of Noble Front Foundation, where he brings a rare combination of policy insight, nonprofit leadership, and firsthand agricultural experience to the organization’s mission. His role bridges field operations, educational development, and strategic communications to support both the farmers we serve and the veterans and first responders we empower, including initiatives that utilize drone scans for farmers to enhance productivity.
Born in Boise and raised in Idaho’s Magic Valley, Jorge grew up surrounded by the realities of farm lifelong hours, tough conditions, and a deep respect for the land. That upbringing built the work ethic and humility he carries today. Now based in North Hollywood, California, Jorge combines his rural roots with his training in public policy and digital media to help guide Noble Front’s growth at both the ground level and the executive level, including the implementation of UAV training programs for effective agricultural practices.
He holds a B.A. in Psychology from California Lutheran University and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Pepperdine University. His background includes policy research for the County of Ventura, field coordination for international outreach programs, and over a decade of experience in media production and nonprofit development. Whether he’s building training modules, refining program logistics, or helping a veteran get certified through veteran support initiatives, Jorge approaches the mission with precision and heart.
Jorge believes real change happens when people are given the tools to serve again, this time in a new way. At Noble Front, his focus remains clear: build the systems, tell the story, and help those who’ve given everything find purpose again.

Josh Soto served eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps, rising to the rank of sergeant and serving as both a rifleman and combat instructor. With over a decade of experience supporting fellow veterans in their transition to civilian life, he brings both firsthand understanding and professional expertise to his role as Director of Training & Outreach at Noble Front Foundation.
During multiple overseas deployments, Josh served with distinction, gaining a deep understanding of the mental, physical, and emotional toll that service can take, especially for those returning with PTSD or injury. After his military service, he committed himself to helping others navigate that same journey.
For more than 10 years, he has taught veterans how to operate UAVs, including demonstrating how drone scans for farmers can enhance agricultural efficiency. Additionally, he advocates for post-service mental health through peer-led support groups and public outreach.
At Noble Front, Josh leads recruitment and support efforts for the disabled veteran and first responder training program. Leveraging his extensive military network and strong community presence, he connects with veteran organizations, rehabilitation centers, and first responder networks to identify candidates who are ready to rediscover purpose through mission-driven work.
